We are a platform only. The Notice Board is a free listing and discovery platform. We do not sell, supply, manufacture or provide any of the goods or services advertised on this platform. We are solely a technology service that enables members of the public to post and discover community notices.

No responsibility for transactions. The Notice Board accepts no responsibility, liability or obligation whatsoever for any transaction, exchange, agreement, sale, service, or interaction that occurs between users of this platform. All dealings between users are strictly between those parties alone.

No endorsement. The presence of any listing on The Notice Board does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or verification of the poster, their business, goods, services, or claims. We do not vet, verify, or validate any information posted by users.

User responsibility. By using this platform, you agree that: (a) you are solely responsible for all content you post; (b) you will not post false, misleading, offensive, unlawful or defamatory content; (c) you will not post content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party; (d) you will not use this platform for any unlawful purpose.

No liability for loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Notice Board shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of this platform, including but not limited to financial loss, personal injury, or loss of data resulting from any transaction or interaction facilitated through this platform.

Content removal. We reserve the right to remove any listing at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to listings that are reported as inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or in breach of these terms.

Third-party interactions. When you contact or transact with another user, you do so at your own risk. We strongly encourage users to exercise their own due diligence before entering into any agreement, transaction or exchange with another party found through this platform.

Your data. When you create a profile or post a notice, we collect the information you provide (name, email, phone, suburb). This information is stored locally on your device and used solely to facilitate your use of the platform.

Public information. Contact details you include in a notice are visible to all users. Please only include contact information you are comfortable sharing publicly.

No data selling. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We do not run advertising or tracking programs.

POPIA compliance. This platform operates in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at vidr.tech@gmail.com.
